Five Essential Characteristics of an Elder Led Church

1. The people must trust their elders.

2. The elders must have freedom to lead.

3. The elders must submit to one another and to Christ.

4. The elders must equip the people to carry out ministry.

5. The Bible must be the source of all authority at all times.
